We will also post useful information regarding these updates & users can discuss them here. We highly recommend that you subscribe to this particular forum if you are a Medisoft user so that you'll be e-mailed when new information is posted in it. Medisoft 11 :: Service Pack 4 :: SP4 ~and~ Office Hours Professional 11 SP4 Released July 10, 2007 As usual, run a backup before proceeding with this update. ---------------------- ---------------------- Download location :
Executable Released = 7/10/07 SP4 includes all previous Service Packs for Medisoft as well as SP3, the "NPI ready Update". It fixes some open issues that were left open after the release of SP3. Unfortunately, no 'Fixes / Enhancements' Documentation has been released with Medisoft 11 SP4. I am having another problem with getting claims rejected at the clearinghouse. This time it is across the board for all insurers. The same reason appeared for the rejection on each claim and Emdeon fixed 2 parts of the problem. However, the technician said that there should be a software correction. I have downloaded all the updates and forms and each was working until last week. Suddenly there is an "indicator" missing??? Please tell me what's going on and how to fix it. We've had 4 different problems since March...thank goodness for the posters because between them and Emdeon we've been able to fix them. But the patients are getting annoyed with the inordinate wait for receiving their reimbursements. As we are mostly cash, we don't want to delay their payments. Thanks.
