- Simple. Open your Medisoft 11 & go to the 'Help' menu. Select 'About NDCMedisoft'. In the subsequent screen, you'll see 'Version 11' or 'Version 11 SP1'. If you see 'Version 11 SP4', please disregard this download & article.

It fixes some open issues that were left open after the release of SP3.

Unfortunately, no 'Fixes / Enhancements' Documentation has been released with Medisoft 11 SP4.
